Privacy Policy

Oferty Technologies S.L. ("oferty", "we", "us") is the data controller responsible for the personal data processed through this website and our services. Our registered office is in Madrid, Spain.

Account data: name, surname, email, password (hashed), profile picture (optional), phone (optional).

Listing data: the content of posts you publish — title, description, images, category, location, price, tags.

Usage data: log information (IP address, device, browser, pages viewed, timestamps) collected automatically when you use oferty.

Payment data: when you upgrade to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We never store full card numbers ourselves.

We process your data to provide the service (publish listings, match customers and pros, handle authentication), to maintain safety (verify identity, detect abuse), to communicate with you (transactional emails, support), and to improve oferty (anonymous analytics).

We process personal data on the basis of contract performance (providing the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (safety, fraud prevention, product analytics) and consent (where required, e.g. for marketing emails). You can withdraw consent at any time.

We share data only with processors that help us run oferty: hosting providers, email providers, Stripe (payments), and analytics tools. Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement. We do not sell your data.

We keep your account data while your account exists. If you delete your account, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it (e.g. invoicing records).
