GDPR & your rights
As a user based in the European Economic Area, you have specific rights over your personal data. Here's what they are and how to exercise them.
Last updated: 3 May 2026
Your rights at a glance
Access. Get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Rectification. Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
Erasure. Have your data deleted, where there is no overriding legal reason to keep it.
Restriction. Limit how we process your data while a complaint or correction is being resolved.
Portability. Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format and have it sent to another provider.
Objection. Object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling.
Withdraw consent. Where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
How to exercise a right
The fastest way is to email privacy@oferty.com from the address linked to your account. Tell us which right you want to exercise and, if relevant, the specific data involved.
We respond within one month. In rare cases (complex requests, multiple requests) we may extend this by up to two further months and will tell you why.
Identity verification
To protect your data, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request — especially for access, deletion, or portability. We'll only ask for what is necessary for that verification.
Lodging a complaint
If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD) at aepd.es, or with your local supervisory authority.
International transfers
Some of the tools we use are based outside the EEA. Where data is transferred, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and on additional safeguards required by GDPR.
