Terms of Service

By accessing or using oferty you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These Terms form a binding contract between you and Oferty Technologies S.L.

Oferty is a marketplace that connects customers with local service professionals in Spain. We do not perform the services ourselves and we are not party to any agreement between a customer and a professional.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

You retain ownership of the content you post on oferty. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content as part of the service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your listings are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe third-party rights.

We may remove listings that violate these Terms, our Safety guidelines, or applicable law.

Standard accounts can post a limited number of listings per month for free. Verified subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Stripe processes all payments and refunds are handled in line with our refund policy.

Don't use oferty to post fraudulent, illegal, harassing, or off-topic content. Don't scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

Oferty is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that any specific professional will be available, that any specific job will be completed, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oferty Technologies S.L. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Some provisions survive termination (e.g. liability, intellectual property).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Madrid, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll notify you in advance by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
